coming to the knowledge of the TRUTH

Over the next few weeks or months I am going to write these blogs about the most important thing that ever happened to me after being born again, baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, and being baptized in water.

These are the 3 foundation experiences that get you to ground level, you cannot put walls up with no foundation, (you can but then your building on the sand) and you cannot put a roof on with no walls, (you can but its not very useful) I was a builder for over 20 years and I know the building process very well.

One of the things I learned early on in building buildings, is if you are an inch higher on one corner of the foundation, you will be one inch higher on that same corner of the roof. So the idea is, get it right with the foundation and the rest of the building will be right also.

Jesus was also a builder and He is the master builder, and there is no other foundation to be built upon than JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF THE CHIEF CORNERSTONE.

The first experience of course is the new birth, being born again from above, this is the starting point for all spiritual experiences, if we are not born again, by the Spirit of God, then we are still lost and undone without GOD in this world. (no matter what all the false religions say)

The very next thing after being born again and I mean the next few minutes is, being baptized in the Holy Spirit and receiving our new prayer language, tongues.

Then we should be baptized in water, a type of the burial of the old man and the resurrection of the new man. (full immersion of course, as you never see anyone buried by just sprinkling some dirt on the body).

Anything less than these foundation stones is not a solid foundation and somewhere along the line it will show up in the life of that person.

So now that we have a solid foundation, the Holy Spirit begins the building process of our lives, and has a lot to do to get us conformed to the image of Jesus. to get us from the MILK OF THE WORD TO THE MEAT OF THE WORD AND ULTIMATELY UNTO THE FULL MEASURE OF THE STATURE OF THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST.

He will try to lead us and guide us INTO ALL THE TRUTH (REALITY) AS WE YIELD OURSELVES OVER TO HIM IN OBEDIENCE.

to yield means to let the Holy Spirit go first, then He can lead and you can follow

At some point we will begin to be aware that we DON’T GO TO CHURCH, BUT THAT WE ARE THE CHURCH (JUST THIS REVELATION ALONE WILL CHANGE YOUR WHOLE WORLD FOREVER, BUT THAT’S FOR ANOTHER DAY).

Around this point in time we will begin to try to find out just what part of the body am I, am I called in one of the five fold ministry gifts, or helps and governments, or the diversity of tongues. ( by the way….we are all called to speak in tongues for edification the revelation gift Jude 20)

Every believer is called into 1 or more of these 8 operations of God that makes up the body of Christ.

The issue then becomes how exactly do I find out what God has called to me function in the body of Christ? There are so many self appointed, self anointed, people today that call themselves Pastors, Apostles, Prophets, and so on, BUT IF THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS NOT CALLED YOU AND EQUIPPED YOU WITH A UNIQUE BLEND OF GIFTS TO FULFILL THAT MINISTRY.

THEN YOU ARE NOT THAT MINISTRY

Jesus GAVE GIFTS UNTO MEN, WE JUST DON’T SAY …OH….I THINK I WILL GO TO BIBLE SCHOOL AND BE A PASTOR, I HAVE SEEN SO MANY SELF APPOINTED MINISTRIES ITS AMAZING.

am so glad I decided to be a REV pastor, its the best job I ever had Rest, Eat, and Visit.

So what is the best way to find out our purpose and destiny in GOD? Well that’s what we are going to find out in these next weeks of blogs, what exactly happened that changed my life so radically and from the status quo (means THE MESS WE ARE IN) to the status go. From my DNA- meaning DO NOTHING AT ALL….TO DESTINY NOW ACTIVATED.

FROM THE PEW TO THE PLANE BABY, I AM TALKING ABOUT A SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE THAT QUALIFIED ME FOR MY CALLING, EMPOWERED ME, GIFTED ME FOR MY CALLING, AND SENT ME OUT ON MY CALLING, AND SUPPORTED ME IN THE FUNCTION OF MY CALLING.

I AM SO SADDENED EVERY TIME I HEAR OF SOME FRIENDS THAT STARTED OUT IN CHRIST THE SAME TIME AS I DID, AND THEN FIND OUT 1 MAN SOME 40 YEARS LATER DROWNED DRUNK IN A BATHTUB, AND IT DID NOT HAVE TO BE.

ANOTHER FRIEND IS JUST LIVING IN SOME REMOTE FOREST IN EASTERN WASHINGTON OR IDAHO AND DRINKING BEER ALL DAY AND WATCHING MOVIES.

OTHER FRIENDS JUST COULD NEVER FIGURE OUT WHAT GOD WANTED THEM TO DO, SO THEY DON’T DO ANYTHING.

FOLKS I AM MOVED AND SADDENED BY THESE TRAGIC EVENTS OF BELIEVERS, DEPRESSED, AND GIVING UP, LIKE THIS. (i was there myself once, wondering and wandering, just couldn’t figure it out)

THIS IS WHY I AM DOING EVERYTHING I CAN TO GET THIS TRUTH OUT TO AS MANY AS I CAN, AND NEXT TIME I WILL TELL MY PERSONAL STORY OF WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED TO ME THAT SO CHANGED MY WORLD FROM THE MUNDANE TO THE MARVELOUS.

AND ITS AVAILABLE TO ALL

AND REMEMBER THERE IS A GLORIOUS LIFE…..AFTER YOU…..SO LETS GET BEYOND OURSELVES.

yes there were some others that came by on the other side of the road, but they said they were going to be late for church, thank you so much for BEING THE CHURCH.
