The modern day institutional church is PROTECTING US FROM ONE ANOTHER, INSTEAD OF CONNECTING US TO ONE ANOTHER.

I was told that after I was born again, baptized in the Holy Spirit, and water that I was now a part of the FAMILY OF GOD.

I never saw a family operate like the institutional church operated, it was anything but a family.

The best part of any Sunday service was 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the service, when the family of GOD COULD CONNECT WITH EACH OTHER.

Often it was hard to get the family to come and be seated to begin the service because they were so enjoying the fellowship of connecting with one another, ONLY THEN TO BE PUT IN A SITUATION OF BEING PROTECTED FROM ONE ANOTHER.

THE WORD SAYS when you come together (the Church), everyone has something to give out, a word, a prophesy, an exhortation, etc,etc.

We don’t come on Sundays with an empty bucket to be filled up. WE COME WITH A FULL BUCKET ….TO GIVE OUT.

Its like driving my car without a generator all week then coming to get my battery charged so I can drive for another week.

NO my car has a generator, and every time I drive it RECHARGES MY BATTERY, KEEPING IT FULLY CHARGED AND IF SOME ONE ELSE’S BATTERY IS DEAD, MY BATTERY HAS ENOUGH POWER TO JUMP START THERE’S AND GET THEM GOING AGAIN.

Now I know there are times when there is a Teacher and we are taught in a different setting.

The outward man is perishing, but the inward man is being RENEWED (TO MAKE NEW AGAIN) DAY BY DAY, THE GENERATOR IS THE RENEWING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT DAILY AS WE ARE IN THE WORD, PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT, AND FELLOW SHIPPING WITH THE FATHER. THE BATTERY IS MY SPIRITUAL CONDITION, IF THE GENERATOR IS NOT WORKING THE BATTERY WILL BECOME VERY WEAK.

The way the institutional church operates is NOT MAKING DISCIPLES, NOT CONNECTING US TOGETHER AS A FAMILY, BUT JUST GIVING OUT SOME INFORMATION MOSTLY.

A disciple is someone who is living by the INDWELLING LIFE OF CHRIST JESUS.

Making disciples is teaching others to live by the INDWELLING LIFE OF CHRIST JESUS.

AND THAT INVOLVES MUCH MORE THAN JUST EDUCATING, WHICH HAS TO DO WITH …...BEING INFORMED.

IT ALSO IS MUCH MORE THAN JUST EQUIPPING, WHICH HAS TO DO WITH….BEING FORMED.

IT GOES ALL THE WAY TO ACTION, AND EXPERIENCING, AND DOING PERSONALLY, WHAT THE INFORMATION TAUGHT US, WHAT THE EQUIPMENT IS USED FOR, AND THAT BRINGS …..TRANSFORMATION…..AND IDENTITY, AND THE PERSON CAN SAY.

I AM A _ _ _ _ _ _ _.
