I will never forget the day I was floundering in self pity and depression ( I know most of you have never been there, but for those who have) and in the middle of all that the HOLY SPIRIT SPOKE TO ME SO CLEARLY.

If your wondering why the HOLY SPIRIT would speak to me in such a time as this is because, HE not only speaks to people when they R praying but ANYTIME HE SEES THEY NEED HELP. You might B on a beach smoking weed, in a prison cell, in a tavern, at a party, in your car, traveling near or afar, you could make your bed in HELL and HE could still speak to you well.

He said:     if you will      give me     ALL:

OF YOUR PAIN, YOUR LOSS OR YOUR GAIN, YOUR SELF DOUBT AND SELF PITY AND

THE TIMES YOU JUST FELT _ _ _ _Y, YOUR REJECTION BY OTHERS, AND REJECTION

BY SELF, YOUR FEARS OF POVERTY OR EVEN OF WEALTH, YOUR HEART THAT’S

BEEN BROKEN, SHATTERED AND TORN, YOUR SOUL THAT’S BEEN BRUISED,

FORSAKEN AND FORLORN, THE PAST AND THE PRESENT AND YES, THE FUTURE TO,

IS THIS MY CHILD SOMETHING YOU THINK YOU CAN DO?

AND YES I AM NOT THOUGH THERE ARE MORE THINGS I AM WAITING FOR,

THINGS YOU CAN GIVE ME THAT YOU DON’T NEED ANYMORE, LIKE YOUR

THOUGHTS AND EVEN INTENTS OF YOUR HEART, YOUR EYES AND YOUR EARS,

YOUR HANDS AND YOUR FEET, AND HOW ABOUT YOUR TIME, I AM ALWAYS

WAITING TO MEET.

IF YOU WILL GIVE ME ALL OF THE SHATTERED PIECES TODAY, I THE HOLY SPIRIT

WILL PROMISE TO MAKE A WAY, I WILL REDEEM AND TURN INTO SOMETHING OF

VALUE THAT WHICH WAS LOST, I CAN DO IT BECAUSE JESUS PAID THE COST, AND

IN THE END WE WILL WIN, BECAUSE:

I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN PUT HUMPTY DUMPTY (YOU) TOGETHER AGAIN

I WAS AMAZED AT THE OFFER, I WOULD BE A FOOL NOT TO ACCEPT, SO I CRIED OUT HOLY SPIRIT,

YES YES YES.

What I am saying brothers and sisters is just that sometimes we come to the end of our selves, THAT’S A GOOD THING, because in those times we realize our total dependency on GOD

Thats why Paul GLORIED IN HIS TRIBULATION AND SAID, WHEN I AM WEAK THEN I AM STRONG.

WHEN HE WAS WEAK IN HIS OWN NATURAL, FLESHLY, ABILITY, HE HAD TO ALL THE MORE DEPEND ON GODS ABILITY IN AND THRU HIM TO DO WHAT HE COULD NOT DO IN AND OF HIMSELF (GRACE) .

SO HE REALIZED WHEN HE WAS WEAK(IN HIS OWN ABILITY) GODS ABILITY WOULD TAKE HIM THRU.

I LOVE COMING TO THE END OF ME (AND BELIEVE ME THERE SEEMS TO B NO END) AND ONCE AGAIN LAYING THE WHOLE MESS AND BROKEN PIECES AT THE FEET OF JESUS, AND AND LETTING HIM … PUT ME BACK TOGETHER AGAIN.

As promised in this edition I will share some things from my own personal experience with the issue of food and how we treat the temple of GOD, our body’s.

By 1960 I was 11 and the normal meal was meat and potatoes with some vegetable that I would give to my dog under the table, but he would not eat them either. Then there was almost always some desert, cake, ice cream, cookies, or pie. Also I was allowed to have candy bars and drink 7-up or some cola anytime I wanted.

no wonder that by the time I was 16 almost every tooth had a filling because of all the sugar I was consuming.

In my 20s I remember one time I got a boil on my arm and then a short time later one on my face and they were EXTREMELY PAINFUL (I thought of Job) so I went to a doctor and he ask me what I was eating and then what I was drinking. I told Him I was drinking Pepsi and he ask how many a day and I said about 7-8 of them, He said BINGO you have so much poison in your body and it has to come out somehow and so it comes out thru the boils ( 16 tablespoons of sugar in 1 Pepsi or Coke) well needless to say I stopped drinking Pepsi.

Then thru my 30s 40s and 50s I would have a large chocolate covered maple bar and a large coffee for breakfast on my way to work, and ate a lot of junk food to. Plus traveling the world doing mission ministry there was lots of airport food, airplane food, and other countries food. ( and Christians love to do everything around FOOD)

By my early 60s things began to catch up with me, and some health issues began to manifest (become visible) fortunately for me GOD led me to a lady from Switzerland that had a machine that would diagnose every organ in your body and even tell if there where any cancers and then she would effectively treat them with all natural non pharmaceutical methods and with a very high success rate. (unfortunately she passed away last year)

Visiting her probably saved my life as I had some cancer in my prostate, and some blockages in my arteries to my heart, and some other things as well, after a 90 day life changing regime (major changes n my eating habits and taking mass amounts of natural supplements) my arteries were clear and the cancer was gone.

After a number of years I went thru a very difficult divorce and went into a complete tailspin and depression that led to not caring what I ate anymore and I was about 25 lbs overweight as well.

In December of 2016 I noticed a small BB sized lump under the skin of my right hand on my little finger, I prayed about it and commanded it to dissolve, it did not. So I went to a clinic and they said it was not serious and if I wanted they could do a simple surgery and take it out. I said I would wait awhile.

In the beginning of 2017 I decided to stop eating ice cream for the whole year, as I was eating a cone every day as its hot here and taste so good, I wasn’t sure I could do it but I said I would. After 1 month of stopping all ice cream I noticed one day the lump on my little finger was completely gone and I knew it had something to do with the ice cream and sugar. (sometimes GODS healing come thru a lifestyle change)

Now its been 5 months with no ice cream and also stopped cookies and chips and most junk food all together.

I am also doing some moderate exercise as N walking, and stretching and having small portions of meals and just a small salad N the evening. I am losing some weight and inches as well and feel so much better.

BOTTOM LINE:)

I am NOT on any diet, I am NOT on any exercise program, I am NOT doing anything on a temporary basis.

I am CHANGING WHAT I EAT AND HOW MUCH I EAT AS A LIFESTYLE.

I am CHANGING TO LESS SITTING AND MORE WALKING AND ACTIVE LIFESTYLE.

This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE NOT JUST FOR A FEW WEEKS.

I understand it is MY RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF THE TEMPLE OF GOD.

I CAN NOT JUST PRAY THE CALORIES OF JUNK FOOD AWAY, I HAVE TO STAY AWAY.

My advise, pray and ask GOD how and what you should do to take better care of your body the temple of GOD.

Start small but start, I stopped ice cream but was still eating cookies, that took a few more months to stop, then chips, and etc.

Fast a meal once a week, as fasting resets your body in some way and helps N not eating so much.

Its N your MIND, once your mind has agreed that this is my new life style it will B easier.

And its ok to have a cookie or ice cream sometime, but the amazing thing is it will not be as good as you thought it would B and you might not want to have it again.

OK ITS TIME FOR ME TO GO WALKING, BLESSINGS
