4. Vision thwarted. Somewhere along the way, the early vision and faith-steps encounter obstacles and, despite the fact that there may be some fruit from it, eventually it comes to a standstill. The resulting disappointments are so confusing. I was certain that I was ‘the man’ fulfilling ‘God’s calling’ so why are things not working out as I had planned and envisioned?

After traveling the world and seeing GOD do many things, it all seemed to slow down at one point and then it all just came to a stop.
It just seemed like the doors that where all open before, were now closed and this chapter of life was over and completed, except there was no new direction at all. So when there is no new direction, JUST KEEP ON KEEPING ON AND TRYING TO DO THE SAME THING BUT WITH FEW OR NO REAL RESULTS.
It was a very empty feeling, but we just keep traveling around mostly in the states and trying to help people wherever we could.It was confusing as to why there were no new doors opening up, just nothing.
Could it really be that the vision of MANY LANDS AND MANY PEOPLE was over. The only thing that kept coming up in my Spirit was POSITIONING AND TRANSITIONING.
It seemed like there was in process a positioning, a putting in a place that was different than what I was used to, and a transitioning from one thing or place to another. Little did I know what that was going to in tale.
This time went on for about 6 years, all very confusing and wondering what was next, I also recognized that most of the people that had been in my life over those last 17 years some less some more, were all disappearing very fast. I had already been through this process once before so it wasn’t a shock this time.
I guess I was so intent on the vision that I was trying to fulfill, that when it was time to POSITION AND TRANSITION I was not getting the picture.
So after those long hard, confusing years, one day it ALL CAME TO A SCREECHING STOP.I FELT LIKE I WAS ON ONE OF THOSE WATER SLIDES OR IN A RIVER AND THE FALLS WAS APPROACHING VERY FAST AND I KNEW THAT I WAS GOING TO GO OVER THOSE FALLS.
